THE BEST PROTEIN PANCAKE RECIPIES

The pancake mixes never taste as good as homemade, so I always suggest just making your own 🙂 They won’t have all the added sugars; the recipes that I’ve listed here are some easy and healthy (& of course yummy) pancakes that I definitely recommend you try out!

Four-Ingredient Pancakes 

Ingredients:

  • 1 large banana (it should yield about 1/3 – 1/2 cup, mashed)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking powder (optional but recommended)
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla whey protein powder (optional; you can also add a touch of vanilla extract instead)

Cinnamon Oatmeal Banana Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 ripe medium bananas, cut into chunks
  • 3/4 cup milk (almond milk, skim milk, etc)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (or more if you prefer)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
