1 It was a crazzzy windy day at the lake yesterday so unfortunately it was not a day for skiing or swimming. However, it was a day for making cookies.

I’ve adapted this recipe from The Frugal Farm Wife; a blog that I have gotten a lot of inspiration from and comes up with some delicious all natural recipes! Be sure to check her out 🙂

  • 1 cup natural crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 agave
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil (or butter if you prefer)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 1/4 cups gluten-free quick oats
  • 6 tablespoons cocoa powder
» Heat first 5 ingredients in a saucepan in order of the above list ↑ (let the oil and butter completely melt before adding the oats)

» Add the cocoa powder and stir in well.

» Once everything has been mixed together, let sit for about 2 minutes to cool off
» Form the cookies into the size and shape that you prefer, leave them on a tray and refrigerate for a half hour before eating (finally!) ❤

*** Yes, tasting is allowed in the process of creating the cookies 😉
Enjoy! #numnum
