1These were definitely an experience to make…. I had a recipe that I was going to follow but as I was going along there were many things that I just thought “nahh, that’s okay if I don’t bother follow the exact directions, or skipping an ingredient or two… or five” 😉 But they turned out to be delicious actually, so I hope you enjoy!


 + 12 ounces pure chocolate (no sugar added)
+ 1 cup gluten free flour blend
+ 1/4 cocoa powder
+ 1/2 baking soda
+ sea salt
+ 1 cup coconut sugar
+ 1/4 agave
+ 1 banana
+ 2 eggs
+ 5 tablespoons vegetable oil
+ 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
+ 3/4 cup soy milk

3 Directions:

1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2.) Whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking soda & salt in bowl; put to the side.
3.) Melt chocolate in saucepan or microwave until smooth & let cool.
4.) Into flour mixture, which in sugar, eggs, oil, vanilla.
5.) Add in chocolate mixture & mix well. Once the chocolate has been completely padded in; add the banana, agave and soy milk.
6.) Once batter has been mixed, form dough into little balls & line up on a baking tray with parchment paper (size according to your liking). When moulding the dough into balls it should feel quite oily, but don’t worry… they are supposed to do that. 😉
7.) Bake for 14 minute before switching the top and bottom trays and put back in for another 14 minutes. Let cool for at least 5 minutes before devouring… you know, unless you want to really live on the edge…
