Unless you don’t like yams…..
Seriously, all the fancy food instagrammers are doing it, so I did it & hopefully everyone will be doing it to experience this wonderfulness. Actually maybe not everyone because then there will definitely not be enough yams to go around.
All it is…. favourite yogurt, roasted yams in cinnamon, sprinkle of hemp seeds and dried cranberries and a biiiiig drizzle of honey. (You can literally put any toppings that float your boat, I’ve heard that the maple flavoured PB is a hit.)
- cut into any size/shape that is preferred
- sprinkle with cinnamon
- cook @ 400 f for 30 minutes
